In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a general request.

Requesting copies of your report

If you need to request a copy of your report, you will be required to verify that you were the person who took the report by providing the token ID and the email address that you provided when you took the survey.

For the participant's safety and confidentiality, we will not send back copies of the report to an address different from the one used to generate the report.
