Copies of your report:

If you need a copy of your report please choose “Report Questions” department – AND – 

  • Be sure to use the same email that you used to generate your report
  • Be sure to include the Token ID that was used to generate your report.

All of the reports we generate are confidential, and (for confidentiality issues) we cannot send a report to an email different from the one used to generate the report.
